The Hon. Tony Rundle - Chair
The Hon. Tony Rundle, Chairperson

Tony is a distinguished Australian and former Premier of Tasmania. Tony has held many leadership roles in the public and private sectors over the past 25 years, including chairing statutory and industry bodies. He has expertise in public sector governance, and experience in encouraging the development and good management of fisheries and aquaculture.

Mr Ian Cartwright

Ian has an MSc (Economics), is Chair of the Tasmanian Fisheries Research Advisory Board and Chair of various fisheries committees. Ian’s expertise covers commercial fishing, fisheries science, natural resource management, marine ecology, economics and business management.

Glenn has had a long and successful career in the Australian Public Service. In addition to expertise in public sector administration, Glenn has an extensive knowledge of Australian fisheries through his senior roles in the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF). Glenn is known internationally for his pursuit of responsible fisheries management and Australia's interests in international fisheries management organisations.

Denise has a BEc, MBA and GCDC (AICD), and is Chairman of Streetwize Communications Ltd and of the Council of International House, University of Sydney.  Denise has held diverse senior executive and consulting roles across a range of sectors. Denise’s expertise covers economics and business management, including corporate and business strategy development and organisational change.

Keith is Director of SainSolutions, Professor of Marine Systems Science (Univ of Tasmania) and Vice-Chair of the Marine Stewardship Council. Dr Sainsbury’s internationally recognised expertise covers fisheries science, natural resource management and marine ecology.

Mr Richard Stevens OAM
Mr Richard Stevens Mr Stevens has a BEcon, is a Director of Fisheries Research and Development Corporation, Director of the Qld Rural Adjustment Authority and chair/member of several NT and Qld fisheries committees. Mr Stevens’ expertise covers natural resource management, fishing industry operations and economics.
