Organisational structure

Our organisation is structured into four Branches:

  • Fisheries Management Branch
  • Fisheries Information Services Branch
  • Fisheries Operations Branch
  • Governance Branch

Each of these Branches reports through a General Manager to the CEO and the Commission. The four Branches are made up of a number of discrete Sections, each with responsibility for specific fisheries or operational functions.

Significant links exist between all areas and interactions are assisted through regular meetings and cross-sectional, issue-specific project teams which are established from time to time to deal with particular issues.
