Gillnet, Hook and Trap Sectors

The Scalefish Hook, Shark Hook, Gillnet, Tasmanian Rock Lobster, South Australian Coastal Waters and Tasmanian Coastal Waters Sectors are collectively referred to as the Gillnet, Hook and Trap Sectors. The five trap permits issued under the Plan are also considered as part of this collective and all of these sectors now form part of the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery (SESSF).
