Problems with printing or viewing Adobe Acrobat PDFs

If you are having problems saving or viewing a PDF file from your browser, you should right-click on the PDF file link, select 'Save Target As' or 'Save Link As', save the file to your computer hard disk, then open and print it using Acrobat.

If you continue to have problems with PDF documents, visit the Adobe Reader Support website for help with all types of computers, including Unix, Macintosh and Windows systems.

Filling in an Adobe Acrobat PDF form online

To fill out a PDF form online please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the form

To view a PDF form, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download this for free from the Adobe website.

Once you have Acrobat Reader, open the form by clicking on the link to that form. Alternatively, you can download the form by clicking the right mouse button on the form's link and selecting Save Target As... from the menu.

  2. Complete the form

To complete the form, point your mouse to area that you want to fill in. Your mouse icon should change from a hand to an cursor. Click on the area and begin typing.

You may move forward through the form with the TAB key, or backwards with the SHIFT + TAB key.

Please note, dates should be entered in the following format: dd/mm/yyyy. For example, 11 January 2005 should be entered as 11/01/2005.

  3. Print the form, sign it, and send it to us

Once you have completed the form online, you can print out a final copy. NOTE: You cannot save the completed version of an interactive PDF form unless you have a full commercial version of a PDF writer such as Adobe Acrobat. Be sure to print out a copy while still online.

Please note only some of our PDF forms can be completed online.
