Quotaview is AFMA's password protected online system for accessing your current statement on quota.

Register for Quotaview

In order to access this service you will need to:

• Read the Quotaview Terms and Conditions
• If you accept the Quotaview Terms and Conditions, complete the attached Password Application Form
• Submit the Password Application Form (PDF 138kb) to AFMA via the following methods only
• FAX - (02) 6272 5426
• Mail to - Licensing Section - AFMA, 25 Brisbane Avenue, Barton ACT 2601
• Subject to approval, applicants will be provided with a password within seven (7) days of receipt by AFMA of a correctly completed application form
• Queries or assistance with the Quotaview service can be directed to Licensing on (02) 6272 5800
