Paper 6 - Procedure for handling unpaid and overdue levy for Commonwealth domestic fishing concessions

This Fisheries Management Paper sets out the Australian Fisheries Management Authority’s (AFMA’s) policy and procedures (as determined by the AFMA Board) for dealing with holders of Commonwealth domestic fishing concessions in circumstances where levy has not been paid. A flow chart of the steps detailed in this paper is at Attachment 1.
