    Who we are looking for

    As opportunities arise, AFMA looks to employ staff for both ongoing and non-ongoing positions in a range of areas and at a range of levels, including:

    • Natural resource management, focused on marine fisheries
    • Program and services development and delivery
    • Policy, compliance, and enforcement (office based and field/at sea duties)
    • Corporate services (e.g. finance, HR, administration, IT services, legal)
    • Observer (at sea duties).

    If any of the above eligibility checks are unsatisfactory, you may be assessed as unsuitable for employment. Some positions involve carrying out duties in the field and at sea and require meeting specific medical and training standards.
